the opening was very successful

After the whole semester of intensive work that was finalized in Cmielow Design Studio, where the students, teachers and assistants were sweating to finish everything on time, we could finally see the results in Poznan at Concordia Design. This is the first of four presentations of the Art Food project that is so well received that we are already planning to continue with the second edition next year.

We have lots of requests from chefs, who at first were inspiring students to create these beautiful dishes, and now are illuminated by the stunning designs that evoke creative thinking in food arrangements. The factory’s authorities are also stunned seeing these unusual forms being made in their studio. The process definitely opened new possibilities for collaboration with young designers and raised trust in investing in experimental work .

The Art Food project, even though it didn’t have a commercial foundation, it proved marketable values on top of extremely high educational experience that the students gained outside of the schools. Seeing and calculating all the assets of the project we are convinced that we must go on with an extended agenda for the next edition.

With those who could not come for the opening we share the panoramas and photos. there will be still chances to see the exhibition in three more places. Keep checking for the details!
